We are a small friendly victorian bed and breakfast ideally located on the A259 coastal road just minutes from the beach and promenade, with free on street parking. We have 7 rooms all have tea and coffee making facilities, tv / dvd. Hair dryers and ironing board and iron are available on request. Our large family rooms are equipped with a small fridge and can sleep up to 5 persons, all our rooms are ensuite except our 2 singles with some rooms enjoying beautiful sea views. Wireless internet is available through out. We have a spacious dining room where you can enjoy a full english breakfast with all the trimmings or a lighter option of smoked haddock and poached eggs, choose from our extensive menu with all diets catered for. You can be assured of a relaxed, comfortable stay, whether its business or pleasure we will make you feel welcome at the Rutland Guest House
