Number Forty•Six Bed & Breakfast offers 4 stylish guest bedrooms, 2 suites and 2 one bedroom holiday apartments and is the ideal choice for accommodation in Hastings. It is perfectly positioned only a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Hastings town centre, excellent restaurants, trendy bars, traditional pubs and Hastings train and coach station which offers excellent links to London, Brighton and Ashford. A short stroll will bring you to the beach and vibrant old town of Hastings with its famous fishing beach, boutiques, book shops and cafes.

The entire house is stylishly decorated to give a contemporary feel and guests can choose single, double, twin or family rooms all with ensuite facilities. There is also a choice of 2 double or family suites for guests wanting that extra comfort and space.

All bedrooms and suites have a flat screen television with built in Freeview and DVD player, complimentary high speed wireless Internet, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, radio alarm clock, iPod docking station and tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits. Ensuite shower rooms are equipped with towels, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries.

Every room is available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival allowing guests to make the most of their stay. We also offer complimentary overnight parking for a nearby car park and there are two bicycles which are available to hire free of charge.

We have bicycles which are available for you to use during your stay which are ideal to explore the local area. The famous 1066 countryside is only a short journey away.

Number Forty Six is renowned for its extensive breakfast; we offer a fantastic choice ranging from the traditional Full English, omlettes, breakfast sandwiches, weightwatchers and special diets. When preparing our popular vegetarian and vegan breakfast we ensure that all items are cooked separately.

Number Forty Six is a strictly No Smoking guesthouse. All rooms have access to our garden where we have a designated seating area for smokers.

Unfortunately we do not accept dogs.
