The Sea Spirit Guesthouse, is a family run Victorian style Guest house,in St Leonards-On-Sea.Serving a Sussex full english hearty breakfast, or a continental breakfast,vegetarian option, All rooms have either en-suites or private bathrooms,all rooms have a tv, plus tea and coffee making facilities. We have a comfortable tv lounge with a 42inch plasma tv, a seperate bar room,a delightful dining room where you can sit and enjoy an evening meal. We are situated less than a mile to the seafront, and close to Hastings main town and quaint old town.The nearest train station is Warrior Square Station.

The Sea Spirit is a detatched Victorian building, set in a residential street with no parking restrictions, parking for two cars is available on our flat driveway. The building is over 100yrs old, and whilst we aim to meet the needs of all our guests there are some period features which might make access difficult for people with limited mobility. We are located on a hill and have rooms at different levels, there are five 8 inch steps with hand rails both sides to enter our building. Some of the ceilings on the top floor are fairly low, and doors are of a standard size and not suitable for wheelchair users. Our dining room, lounge, toilet, and bar are located on the ground floor. We have no ground floor bedrooms. Our first flight of stairs consists of 17, 6inch steps with stury handrail, then another 2 steps to a flat landing. Our second flight consists of 17 8 inch steps. We have two cats which can be kept seperate from the main house if required, other than the garden, so unfortunately we are unable to accomodate dogs. The nearest shops are approx a 10 minute walk, so is the nearest bus stop.
